Geocache Description:

Village park is a great park here in Palm Beach county. There is plenty to do, including some caches. Enjoy your time in the park and maybe hide more caches in here. Hours of Operation vary. Most likely 8am to sunset. Hours subject to change.

A whistle is an instrument which makes a sound from air usually from your mouth. They come in all shapes and sizes. They date back to somewhere in Asia in the 3rd century for a specific purpose. The first football whistle was patented in 1868. The first time a whistle was used in sports, was in Nottigham Forest almost 20 years later. In 1987 the Fox 40 pealess whistle came around finally. It was the first ever whistle without the ball inside, which those would always get stuck or jammed with dirt.
