Geocache Description:

Church Micro 3315...Ravensden

This cache has been placed to bring you to the Church of All Saints, Ravensden.

This cache is a camo'd 35mm film canister. It only contains a log - you are a geocacher, you should have a writing implement!

Please note that the final cache is located outside the churchyard and is NOT accessible from inside the churchyard. Parking is available on Church End, directly in front of the church.

The church of All Saints is a Grade 1 listed building. It is an ancient building of stone, in the Perpendicular style, consisting of chancel, nave, north aisle, south porch and an embattled tower containing 3 bells. The register dates from the year 1558.

To find the location of the final cache, you will need to visit the church to find the following information.

The western face of the tower has a cross illuminated by AB light bulbs.

Each of the wooden gates on the southern porch have C horizontal wooden bars.

Part of the guttering on the northern side displays the date 1DE7.

Please be respectful in the churchyard.

The final cache can be found at NORTH 52° 10.(B+C)(E-C)A WEST 000° 25.(D-A)(A+B)A

If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.

While here you may also want to start Norfolk 12's Fallen Warriors GC11ZN2.

Please apply lots of stealth to avoid attracting the attention of nearby properties.

For full information on how you can expand the Church Micro series by sadexploration please read the Place your own Church Micro page before you contact him at

See also the Church Micro Statistics and Home pages for further information about the series.

Congratulations to The Red Duke on being First To Find.
