Geocache Description:

Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1941, Honeyman State Park has now found a place on the National Register of Historic Places. The camp store and some of the picnic areas that were built in the 40’s still stand are in use today. The park is open year round, and off-road vehicles are permitted on the dunes in the winter. The campground is also open year round, but the park can fill up during the summer months.
