Friday 5th - Sunday 7th July, Bank House Farm, Hulme End, Derbyshire.
Please log your Will Attends and we will keep a running list on the cache page. Please book direct with the site via their website at http://bankhousefarmcamping.co.uk/, prices are on the website. Arrival is from Friday lunchtime, departure by 12.00 on the Sunday. There are eight electric hook-up points so please book early if you would like one of these. We have reserved the whole of the main site so please do book as soon as you can.
The site have asked us to point out that there is a 2 night minimum stay as this event takes place during high season.
If you are only able to stay for one night, and you can find yourself a "pitch buddy" who wants to stay for a different night, the site is happy for one person to book the pitch and you can swap over on your "changeover" day.
Please note that the site has an unfenced river running through it, so care must be taken with small children. You may wish to request a pitch away from the river if you have little ones camping with you.
The lovely campsite owners, Wayne and Alexa, are very relaxed and friendly but the same as last year there are just TWO RULES:
1) When driving on the site please keep your speed down as there are children about, and...
2) Don't burn their grass with your BBQ! All cooking appliances, fire pits etc. must be raised off the ground so they don't scorch the grass (no campfires allowed on the ground).
We are planning a series of caches in the area which should be released on the Saturday morning, more details soon.
On Saturday evening there will be a communal BBQ so please bring your food & drink and join the circle!
