Geocache Description:


This cache is to commemorate the hamlet of Cottonshopeburnfoot. It has the distinction of having the longest place name without spaces in England.

There's convenient parking opposite at the start of the Kielder Forest Drive but you'll need to cross the often busy road. There's a forest track right next to the cache but be aware that it is sometimes used by forestry vehicles including large lorries so I'd avoid it during working hours.

This is a busy, fast road so please be aware of traffic whilst approaching the cache.
