Bethel Cemetary is a very well maintained cemetary in southern gage county. The records for the cemetary are published in the little shelter up the road a bit and are very detailed. The area was primarily Welsh, and wymore has the Great Plains Welsh Heritage Center, The Mission of the Great Plains Welsh Heritage Project is to discover, preserve, interpret and celebrate the history and contributions of Welsh pioneers on the North American prairies, to further public understanding and appreciation of America's ethnic and cultural diversity. Bethel Cemetery is The final resting place of many of Wymore's Welsh Founders. Many of the tombstones date to the mid-to-late 19th century with inscriptions in Welsh.
