Geocache Description:

Wags5, Wags6, Wags7 cover an area that is particularly a favorite.  We usually walk from here to both of the others and maybe around by the buildings and pond, then back.  A particular highlight is to keep Wags out of the pond.  Nothing like wet smelly dog in the car going home!     Be sure to notice the architecture of the area and stop to visit the museums.  Sometimes they hold dog obedience trials here.  They are always a learning experience to watch.

These caches follow the paths Wags & I have walked for many years.  It is beautiful for me and is full of smells and doggie email for Wags.   He always goes to particular spots to sniff.  In this part of our walk he can run freely.   As you look for each cache remember:  look for places that a dog would be interested in, places where “doggie e-mail” might be located.

The intent is to get out and enjoy the walk, take your dog, look at the trees, enjoy the scenery and the walking trail.     The walk is about 1.25 miles if you walk to Wags5, Wags6, Wags7 caches.  The terrain is grassy, moderately hilly, and usually dry.   The trail is concrete and part of the Marland walking Trail system.  Muggle activity is high at times.  Replace the cache carefully so it doesn’t get muggled.

What dog is rated best with kids?
