This collection of six extra-long stamps, published by Great Britain's "Royal Mail" in 2008, celebrates the world of James Bond novels written by Ian Fleming. Each stamp includes an original Cape cover, as well as three others from later editions. The first Bond novel, Casino Royale, is featured, and Dr No, Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, For Your Eyes Only and From Russia with Love are also part of this collection.
Directions: Park in the recommended area (see Waypoints) and take a civilized stroll on the paved path to Stage 1; some bushwacking will be necessary. For the Final, re-enter the paved path and continue your walk while enjoying the panoramic views. We suggest you dress and deport yourself as a "James Bond" wannabe. Wear your Sea Island Cotton shirt in dark blue or white, dark blue trousers and sip your Vodka Martini, shaken...not stirred...of course, carrying your Beretta 314 tucked underneath your arm. Although not required, you may also choose to carry an attaché case containing thirty rounds of ammunition, two throwing knives, a cyanide pill, fifty gold sovereigns and a tube of Palmolive shaving cream containing a silencer.
