Should be an easy P&G. You are looking for a pill bottle wrapped in electrical tape.
This is a spot I have stopped at many times over the years on my travels. Could use some CITO as many people seem to think its a dump site. This has plenty of space for my fellow truckers. I am working on focusing on this type (trucker friendly) since there aren't as many out there for us. Good luck!
