The above coordinates can be found by finding and copying down the number from each of the following caches:
Berlin, Tokyo, Shanghai, Honolulu, Belfast, Glasgow, Toronto, Nairobi, Delhi, Paris, Athens, Wellington, Port-aux-Prince, Johannesburg. These are all magnetic key holders, no clue will be given unless the key holder is not used magnetically.
Each of the above caches are stand alones, so you get a smiley for each.
FTF gets the glory but no prize for the individuals; however, there is a one dollar lottery ticket in the final for the first 5 finders.
