Howard the Duck
Howard the Duck started off life as a Marvel comic book character, but is most famous for an awful 1986 science fiction comedy film that was supposed to be an animated film, but eventually became a schlock screenplay that you can still watch in horror today. It is an unfunny comedy with a story that is ridiculous, even for director George Lucas. Critics nailed this live action film to the wall, universally panning it. Their only argument was as to why it was so awful: not shooting it as an animated film or because of the lousy script. They concluded that it was so bad, they should change the topic to something else.
