I noticed this desert lake from the truck road and came around to check it out. Looks good from a distance but it is a sad story as you come closer. It appears that someone has taken an initiative to fill this up. Truck loads of soil has been dumped on one end. I thought it appropriate to place a cache here so you can see it too, before the whole thing vanishes!!
The cache is a small lock n lock container in a black sock. It is far away from water and I am hoping, safe from the muggles. You can drive within 250 meters on a 2wd. The views from the cache is worth the short climb - the lake (as long as it is there) on one side and the dunes on the other.
