This cache is brought to you by Team Magna. It is located at the new Collgar wind farm lookout east of Merredin. These 111 wind turbines produce power which supplies the West Australian power network. Well worth the drive out from Merredin or quick stop on the way from Kalgoorlie to Perth. Very easy cache to access on public land only 20 meters from where you can park.
Located on Bullshead road 23km out of Merredin which is all bitumen access or can be accessed via many of the gravel roads running south from the great eastern highway if you are coming from Kalgoorlie direction. Stop at the lookout area which is loaded with info about our wind farm and admire the wind turbine located just 100 meters from the lookout. All turbines are located on private property and this land must not be entered. Geocache is a 2ltr screw top container with the following items :mini board game,twisty worm toy,bag of bouncy balls,7 pcs screwdriver set,2x chattering teeth,mosquito head net,the usual cache logbook,pencils,sharpener and for the lucky person to find it first are some scratchies so good luck.
You should be pretty safe from muggles while accessing the cache.
