One or more of the following has occurred:
No response from the cache owner.
No cache to find or log to sign.
It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.

7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.
If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived

This page is intentionally left blank.
I had thought that, just to see what reaction it got, I’d have a cache where there was nothing in the cache description. But that got me thinking about a couple of matters.
Firstly, the line above (“This page is intentionally left blank.”) appears in some documents, presumably for bureaucratic or legal reasons, to show that a page is not blank due to printing, binding or other errors. Of course, it also manages to be self-contradictory.
The other thing I got to thinking about, is how it is sometimes clear that some (a lot of?) geocachers don’t actually read what the CO has put on the cache page. This is made apparent when they make comments or questions in their logs which could be answered by reading the cache page. The cache is a blue bison tube.
I’ve also had “experienced” cachers complain that one of my caches should have had a hint. In fact it did have a hint, but it was in the description, not in the “Additional Hints” area. And it needs to be noted that this area is called Additional Hints, implying that there may be hints elsewhere! About 2 metres up.
As a bit of a reaction against these “non cache page readers”, I’m tempted to put my hints only in the description!
