THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE GIVEN CO-ORDINATES
The co-ordinates will take you to one end of a short-cut between two roads in Raumati South.
There you will find everything you need to calculate the co-ordinates of this secretive cache.
This will require rudimentary mathmatical skills, patience, and remarkable observational ability.
This handy shortcut cuts between residential houses and links Poplar Ave with The Crescent.
Two fences are referred to in the clues below.
- Fence A is a head-high wooden paling fence which will be on your right as you walk down the path from the Poplar Ave end. It begins shortly after the house beside the path, and ends at the telegraph pole. It does not include the palings that go around and behind the telegraph pole.
- Fence B refers to the row of waist high round posts on your left as you walk down the path from the Crescent end.

- ABC = Twice the number of palings in Fence A PLUS the number of posts in Fence B PLUS the number of letters in the second word of the name of this path
- X = 80B 8?
- Y = Half of the number on the brown letterbox beside the Poplar Ave entrance.
- Z = 09? 01 H4
