Geocache Description:

Due to a shortage of Police Officers, the newly-elected female Mayor of an unnamed American city has announced a policy requiring the Police Department to accept all willing recruits, effectively abolishing fitness requirements, educational levels and medical standards. Not everyone in the Police Force is happy about the new changes.

The cache is outside the entrance to the new South Australian Police Academy. Actually this could be Police Academy 2.  The new facility replaces the nearby obselete Fort Largs Police Academy. But that would be silly as the second film of the francise is subtitled "Their First Assignment".  Cache is small mint tin hidden on the pole.  Smile you are on CCTV.
