A cache in Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area. 16,645 acre tract of land with many trails, big ponds, canals and diverse habitats. Please take a brochure from the kiosks telling the current hunting seasons for the area when general hiking(and geocaching) is not recommended. There are open seasons in September, October, November, December and March for various types of hunting (deer,turkey,wild hogs, squirrel, rabbit, coyote and some birds). Pay attention to all signs showing no trespassing areas and observe all regulations stated in on the website and in the brochure. And as usual bring plenty of water, sunscreen,bug spray etc. that are needed for extended stays in wilderness areas.
You are looking for a large camoed pill bottle not hid with much difficulty. The turn to go off the trail is waypointed to help with the navigation. It looks like this area could become real muddy at rainy times during the year so wear appropriate clothes and footgear to get you in and out comfortably.
