Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current Geocaching Guidelines.
If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

My inlaws live in the area and when I came to visit, I found a lot of caches along the trail, but none where I play with my boys. This open space, apparently designed to overflow with large rain, is a great place to throw a ball or play soccer. So, I placed a cache here.
This nano is hidden along the edge of the park. Watch for muggles and walk carefully. The grass can get slippery and is a bit steep.
