Well now, as some of you have seen my previous locations, I like being able to Park & Grab.
This YouNIQ series is a bit different, but should be fun.
The number next to the cache name, is my own level of difficulty/cleverness.
I made these myself, lets see what you guys think.

This location I picked because the time during my childhood I was a scout, and I have found out that there is a Geocaching merit badge.
I wish they had it when I was in. I walked inside and I was filled with nostalgia. Anyon else with this past will probably have the same feeling.
No jumping walls, fences, digging, climbing, destroying vegitation required here.
The office nearby has cameras and lights, so I do not advise doing any other the previously mentioned.
Parking on the nearby streets, or parking lots should be ok.
This cache is located near/in a residential area and an office. Muggles and vehicles were low, but during normal business hours, I'm sure theres more..
This is near a busy-ish street but you should not be bothered by vehicles, muggles coming out of the buildings, streets, will be the ways of approach from muggles. You could be seen from those windows and other areas, also from cars passing by, use stealth.
Park and Grab! Plenty of parking.
Container does not fit many items. BYOP (Bring Your Own Pen). When found, please ensure it's placed in the same location. Once, that is done, and you have logged the find, search the other NoEbb Caches

Little/none reach needed, there is dirt/sand littered with small rocks and stones nearby some 'soft sand' is nearby also.
Mostly Pavement, and Sidewalks.
Location is a low traffic and low/medium muggles in the area. traffic is in the nearby street.
