Geocache Description:

Sunset Bench

This is one of our favorite benches to hang out at and watch the sun as it sets over the beautiful Lake Chelan valley.  Enjoy the peace and serenity.

Cache is located along the River Walk Trail, however, stealth is recommended at certain times because of popularity of this park.  The trail makes a loop around the river, is 1 mile long and is family friendly.  
 
The Chelan River is a tributary of the Columbia River. Just 4.1 miles (6.6 km) long, it is the shortest river in Washington.  Only the first short section of the river between Lake Chelan and Lake Chelan Dam is filled with water.
