t@bbywmn: This cache has caused many geocachers grief. They found it hard to find or did not find it. I've checked up on it once and it was there, ready to be found. This week the City of Abbotsford approved a large residential development in this area, so instead of checking up on this cache once more, I have decided to archive it. Thanks to all cachers who have looked for it.
