A Geocacher's Point of View - Challenge Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Tom.dog: Retiring this challenge after a healthy run of just under 11 years. This is part of an ongoing effort to reduce my total active caches down to a manageable fleet of quality hides that will be easier to maintain. For those who have signed the log and left a note, but who have not yet logged a find or are still working towards their qualifications: please feel free to submit a “found it” log once you are ready.

Geocache Description:

The cache IS at the posted coordinates! Please read the entire description before setting out to locate the cache!

Views - The center of the Geocaching empire. There would seem to be a cache for every type of view imaginable. Views of mountains, barns, silos, windmills, animals, lakes, fields, cities, airports, roads, and even other geocaches. And, now, there is a view challenge.

To log a find, you must demonstrate that you have found *70* caches with the word "view" in the title.

The rules are as follows:

-Find 70 (seventy) caches with the word "view" located somewhere in the title.

-The word "view" can be used either on its own or as part of another word in a title. "Barn View # 37" and "Riverview Resting" would both be acceptable cache titles, since the word "view" is used somewhere in the words.

-"View" can be in another language. "Sugarloaf Vista" is an acceptable title, since Vista is View in Spanish.

-Qualifying caches can be of any cache type (Traditional, Multi, Puzzle, Letterbox Hybrid, CITO, Event, Mega, GPS Maze, Wherigo, Locationless, Virtual, Earthcache, Project A.P.E., Groundspeak HQ, 10 Years! Events, and Webcams).

-The caches used to qualify can be found at any time, and can be archived and still qualify.

-Any location in the world with a cache that has "view" in the title is acceptable.

-To list your qualifying caches, either...

      a) Use a Bookmark list on the website, including the date found in the comments section. This is what I did, and you can find an example attached to this cache page.
      b) List your qualifying caches in your log, in Title/GC Code/Date Found format.
      c) Use a GSAK macro to sort your caches. I request that you make the GSAK image large enough so that all characters are easily read.

-The log in the cache can be signed at any time, though no "Found It" can be logged until you qualify for the cache. You are encouraged to log a note saying that you signed the log but do not yet qualify, if this is the case.

-Please note that your log will be deleted if you do not qualify for this challenge and still log a find.

Good luck on the challenge, and be sure to take in the surrounding view at the cache!
