BRANDERMILL- Chesterfield – “The Series”
Brandermill is a major suburban residential and commercial development located near Midlothian in Chesterfield County with its main entrance located off Hull Street Rd. Brandermill is a census designated place defined by the Census Bureau with a population of 13,173 people as of the 2010 census. Brandermill has approximately 3,833 single family homes in the neighborhood. In 1977, East west partners (then known as The Brandermill Group) were recognized for their work when Brandermill was named “The Best planned Community in America” by Better Homes and Gardens and the National Association of Home Builders. Brandermill was Chesterfield Counties first planned community. Brandermill has a golf course, church, school and is located on the scenic Swift Creek Reservoir. The notorious murderer John List was arrested while hiding out living in Brandermill under an alias.
This cache is a silver bison tube with just a log so bring your own pen. Most of the time you should be able to drive right up to GZ for an easy park and grab. Beware of muggles especially on weekdays.
