Geocache Description:


A cache at Chester-le-Street Riverside, accessed via footpaths and a short walk across the grass.

We decided to add this one to our mini-series to fill the gap left when 'Life's a Birch or is it a Beech' disappeared.  We think this one is in a better spot.

The nearby sculpture, created by sculptor Fred Watson is part of the wildlife and sculpture trail.



This area is popular with dog walkers, cyclists, rowers, fishermen and more - so stealth (and possibly a little patience) may be required!
Parking (pay and display) is a 5-10 minute walk away. The River Wear is close by, so please be aware if you are visiting with young children.

This is a 'small' container with room for small swaps and trackables.

Should be a straightforward find.
