"Hi, that's a shift of over 3 miles. In a situation like this it would be better to archive the old listing and submit that location as a new cache. It will be a different caching experience; cachers who already found it can now find it at the new location.
You can call it v.2 or something else that acknowledges the old listing. Even link to the page if you like.
