Geocache Description:

This cache is in a small stand of oaks and pines where homes were going to be built, but the housing bust hit and now. Now we have roads and sidewalks and a nice park, but just a couple of homes.

The cache is in the stand of trees, and if your a good geo-cacher, you should be able to find this in minutes. It is right where you think it is. :) Parkingn is very close by and the area is very quite.
