Does the C & D canal have a mascot? If they don't, then they should. We vote for the snail! There are plenty of them and boats move awlfully slow through here. I think we'll name him Sammy The Snail
We were down on the C & D Canal and saw there was some places for a few extra caches along the way near Chesapeake City. We entered the canal access road on Lock Street in Chesapeake City. We wanted to do our part to add to the caches along the C&D Power Trail. This little guy should be found easily under some rocks where all good snails hide. use stealth and rehide well so he stays to grow old. BYOP
