Who remembers this character of the late great Richard Bernard "Red" Skelton? I think of all the guys he had in his repertoire, this "Loud mouthed braggart" was my favorite for the low down, underhanded, below the belt, middle of the road shenanigans he tried to pull off while trying to hide the obvious during his time.
