Park in the dirt parking lot outside the NCO Academy. There is a gate on the road which you can walk around. Walk down the road past the gate and begin downhill on the trail. Good walking shoes, water and food, your cell phone will work!
To find the cache you must be prepared to walk a long way uphill, for those familiar with the area will know what Top of the World means. You will need plenty of water and good footgear. You will come to a point where you make the decision to attack a nasty gulch or use your Navigational skills to bypass and still find it. This Cache is a gray security box, 12x10, filled with survival items, knife, bug spray, sunglasses, can opener, matches with waterproof case, toilet paper,chapstick, mirror, sewing kit, thermometer, zip lock bags, tripwire, 3x5 cards, pens, protractor, US Army beret flashes, American flag patches and a log book. It is clearly marked in large lettering. This cache is worth finding, you will have some great views from a very high place - Good Luck!
