Quick Park and Grab at the entrance of the beautiful City Hall Park! Lots of muggles in the area! Try to stay inconspicuous!

One of the members of Team Washayaballs spends a lot of time in this area with work and school and thought it would pleasant to have a cache he could maintain and look after while at his home away from home!
