An M7 Cycleway cache overlooking The Sydney International Equestrian Centre. I will ask you not to acess from inside the centre as it is under security servailance
The Sydney International Equestrian Centre is a world-class venue featuring state-of-the-art design in a rural environment. It is set on 96 hectares and contains 10km of trails, Indoor Arena, a number of outdoor arenas, conference room and Riders Retreat, a superb cross-country course and steeplechase track, stables for 150 horses and various accommodation options
Construction for the Sydney International Equestrian Centre began in 1997 and was completed in 1999 to host the 2000 Sydney Olympic and Paralympic Games Equestrian events.
What is not widley known is that there is 2 caravan parks on the site, mainly to accomadate equestrian users but it can also be used by the public if booked in advace
Fixed accommodation for 40 cabins with two single beds in each. An amenities block is located in this area as well as 38 camp sites. All sites have access to power and water. There are an additional 67 camp sites with power at the northern end of the venue with amenities also in this area.
It is also one of the venues for my work, and if you see some vans in the car park, I may be there but maybe not so use some stealth. Although it is avaliable at night, you may attract the attention of the security guards who patrol regularly.
