Micro Cache hidden with a log only (Bring a Pen)
The "Welcome to Newport!" caches are placed to give cachers an opportunity to see various parts of the city of Newport. Most of the cache locations are a bit off the beaten path. Some of the locations are historic, but most were just considered "intersting" by the hider.
This cache is placed on one of a number of unusual strutures used for parking lot space bumpers. I've never seen something like this before.
