Geocache Description:

Micro Cache hidden with a log only (Bring a Pen)

The "Welcome to Newport!" caches are placed to give cachers an opportunity to see various parts of the city of Newport.  Most of the cache locations are a bit off the beaten path. Some of the locations are historic, but most were just considered "intersting" by the hider.

This neighborhood has impressed me because of the age and qualities of the houses.  I wanted to place a cache here to be sure that visitors find this "Country Club Suburb".  Once you sign the log, take a moment to take a tour of this beautiful area.
