A puzzle cache set in the Whitelee Wind Farm locality. Whitelees Windfarm is the the largest windfarm in Europe.
It is situated 20 minutes outside Glasgow, and the visitor centre offers stunning views over the barren countryside. There are 140 wind turbines, which in effect can provide power for 160,000 homes!
Outdoor activities, such as walking and cycling are also the norm for this wind farm, with very well maintained pathways. Additionally, there is a good variety of wildlife to be found in the 25 square mile area, such as merlin and black grouse.
And now for the cache. Simply, which start coordinates lead you to the box? Doesn't look that difficult, does it?Once you have picked up your kick off coordinates this will lead you to a small mound of rocks.
The real challenge starts now! It is as it looks, and please don't destroy it. The GZ coordinates and clue are now in your hands. Enjoy, and happy caching.
And please don't be a Geo-vandal and leave the puzzle in one piece, regardless how frustrated you might get. It ruins it for those who follow.
You can check your answers for this puzzle on GeoChecker.com.
(This only relates to the final GZ coordinates)
