GOOBIE'S CONUNDRUM Traditional Cache

Team Goobie placed a challenge that has kept many of us jumping since 2009. This is the McCarran Donut Hole Challenge http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=4da426a2-3cf3-4da9-aad8-179ddfba7ccb .

This cache is a tribute to all the hard work they have done to keep track of the required caches and to make sure the requirements are met. Winners get a coveted award.

The problem Team Goobie will have to answer is:
Is the outside on the inside or is the outside on the outside?
Is the inside on the inside or is the inside on the outside?
Is the middle on the inside or is the middle on the outside?
Only Team Goobie can answer that.
Hopefully the problem won't put the team over the edge.
