In 2004, Ruyan first introduced this, and in 2006 the Ruyan's invention, became available on the Chinese market. They were first invented by Hon Lik, in Beijing. Some use to call this break time, Now they do not have to take a break. Lets up the rating as I never knew this one was going to be hard as it is in plain site lol well sorta kinda.
