Die Moschee / The Mosque

Die Moschee in Ransbach-Baumbach wurde auf einem etwa 5.000 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück errichtet. Davon nimmt die Moschee etwa 617 Quadratmeter an Fläche ein.
Diese ist achteckig und besitzt insgesamt drei Kuppeln: Eine größere Kuppel und zwei kleine Kuppeln. Auf den Bau eines Minaretts wurde verzichtet, wodurch die Moschee nur 10,25m hoch ist.
Die Gesamtkosten für den Bau der Moschee und weiterer Nebengebäude werden mit etwa 800.000 Euro beziffert. Momentan ist nur der Rohbau der Moschee fertig.

The mosque in Ransbach-Baumbach was built on a lot of land with a size of ca. 5,000 sqm. The mosque itself covers an area of roughly 617 sqm.
It is octagonal and has three cupolas in total: One bigger cupola and two smaller cupolas. Because a minaret was not built, the height of the mosque is only 10,25 m.
The total costs for the construction of the mosque and other adjoining buildings are expected to be around 800.000 EUR. At the moment, the mosque is only structurally complete.
