Geocache Description:

Cache is located near main radio/TV tower for the region. The tower is near the higest point on the Bansko Hill and it is an impressive structure to see.

Here you will often meet some hikers, families with children and they pets. TV tower is near old villa, today small closed off private weekend castle, and until you find it you will enjoy vineyards and walk around the area with many hiking paths. We placed the cache intentionally way back in the part of this hiking area to send important message of protecting our environment. There is no reason that we geocachers could not be "green" and pick up ours and other peoples garbage. Cache as a content has map of Baranja to help you reach highest point of Baranja Hill situated near this cache, map of Croatia, some pens, pendants, flyer about geocaching in Baranja and logbook.
