You're looking for a micro cache in a spot that is ideal for Titanium Man to grab.  I've heard he has a special cloaking device and levitation abilities that would make this one a piece of cake for him to retrieve and replace.  You'll need a universal log marking device(pen) and like I stated, Please don't attempt this one unless you have the ability/tools to replace it where it was!  Happy Hunting!
