Geocache Description:

You are looking for a micro cache, located near the moorings running alongside the Public footpath. A gorgeous spot, in the Spring and Summer particularly.

This area holds some happy memories, firstly as the scene of childhood pond-dipping and then for romantic teenage walks. It's a super spot, but young children need to be carefully supervised, as the cache is located very near the water. 

To get here, you need to walk down Whitlingham Lane, which is a private road.  If you're driving, I would suggest parking on Thunder Lane.  You then need to scale a number of steps to cross the railway bridge, hence the 3* terrain rating.  ***Congratulations to Stephie J on being FTF*** NOTE: DO NOT PARK ON WHITLINGHAM LANE ITSELF AS YOU'RE LIKELY TO GET A PARKING TICKET.
