This cache can be a bit tricky.  It does require good balance to get to it, but there are some things to keep your balance with to get to it.  Bring your own pen or pencil.  Beware of the muggles traveling through the West Ashley Park. Congratulations to PennyPA for getting the FTF the hard way.
