Geocache Description:

A not too difficult puzzle leading to a not too easy final. There is a true Canadian Silver Dollar in the cache as a First to Find Prize.

This cache is not at the Posted Coordinates but it is within 3 kilometers of the posted.

There many things that come in sets of 3 or happen 3 times in this world. For example bad luck usually happens in sets of 3. You can buy golf balls in packs of 3. Well rather than some useless rambling that nobody ever reads anyway I'll just get to the point as I'm sure you get the idea.

There is three basic things I love about caching and they are; It gets you out of the house and exploring the world around you for which you probably would have never noticed before. It get the mind working, whether its having to really search for the cache or trying to get into the head of the hider so that you can find it, maybe even a real hard puzzle that made you brain bleed or simply just learning completely new tasks that are used to navigate , solve, search, transverse and investigate. It motivates some people to become more social and make new friends, and its just plain fun. I have some memorable caches that had the 3 times element to them that I am going to share with you. I really liked the first one I am going to talk about. It is still to this day one of my most favorite caches.

Multi-cache
Where Cachers Climb the Mountain
By; Rockharder
Hint # 1

I truly enjoyed this multi as it was very well thought out, with a great location: some of which is lacking in multicaches these days. ( just saying ) Anyhow it was a wonderful Four stage multi that I visited the area Three times of the course of a few warm summer nights. Stage One gave me no trouble at all although I only had enough time to make it a park and grab. On the second day to this cache I made my way down to the second stage only I had trouble at the second stage as I thought I had no chance of finding it. I too am like Wildwilly and are not very good with the rock cache hides. At stage Three I must have spent a cumulative time of probably One to Two hours or so solving the puzzle there. When I finally had it all figured out I had to leave and head to an appointment and upon my third trip back I was able to score the find. A truly amazing multi that took you on a relaxed journey with some wonderful art and a scenic view with a good hide in the end.

Unknown Cache
On Top Of The Heap
By: EibertD
Hint # 2

This cache I remember well for it technically took three finds to complete this one and three hours of fast paced hiking resulting in three of the most freaking painful charlie horses in the middle of the night that I have ever had. I blame you EibertD for that one.... ( kidding ) still is was a set of caches I will never forget for the great experience and the great scenery and a great walk. While I was out that day with Misticone we spotted many different animals and wildlife. I thing in total we spotted Seven different types of birds, one of which was a hawk. When we were poking around in the valley of wood ends for one of the caches we uncovered a nest of baby mice and there were Nine little pinkys in there. They looked so cozy so we covered them up quickly. Thank goodness that while we were out we did not come across any coyotes, they creep me out. Over the course of the day I think we counted Eight rabbits running out of brush or crossing the trail. We came to a crossing in this big field with some rusted out old truck stuck in it and we were going to cross when Misticone pointed out a deer standing in the field. We watched it for a bit before moving on. When we got to the cache mentioned here all I can remember was One big hill to climb. It was nice though cause when you go to the top there was such a nice breeze and I swear you could see for at least Five or Six km in any direction. Really cool spot.

Traditional Cache Bring Flowers

Third and Final Hint

This one goes on the list as it was my first traditional that really just ticked me off. This cache carries quite the sad story and turn of events. I thought at the time that this was the hardest most pain in the rear find ever! I was only caching for a week and I must have made more than Three trips to this one. All resulting in DNF's. Eventually at around three in the morning ... cause I couldn't sleep for this cache was bugging me. I ventured out again to look for it without the prying eyes of muggles. I must say I spent a very long time on that overpass looking in all the wrong places not trusting my gps. I event went home a got a screwdriver to open this weird inspection plate in the bridge and started monkeying around with the wires and weird switch inside to see if something was hidden in there. In the end the cache was hidden under the railing the third post in as I recall. It was a magnetic container underneath and it really opened up my eyes as to how creative these hides can be. Wow was I green..... if I only knew what I was about to face over the next Four years.

Well I hope with all of that you will be able to find what you are looking for... whether a cache takes you 3 hours to solve or it takes you 3 trips and 3 stages to find it and you have to cross 3 types of terrain just remember that you are out of the house and hopefully in the company of good friends having fun. Permission has been granted for elements of this cache

Cheers Hellnite
