St Bartholomew's, Lower Cam, was founded in 1844, and formed into an ecclesiastical parish on 14th August 1888. St Bartholomew's Church was built 44 years earlier in 1844, though it has only had a separate church register since 1888. It was designed by George Madan, the incumbent, and is now a Grade II Listed Building.
