The place is near the pedestrians bridge of Plovdiv. On the North side of it. The view is to Maritza river and nearby there are nice alleys for walking.
You can make a nice walk while going to the cache and stop by the cache's place to enjoy the view. It's a NANO cache and you have to bring your own pen/pencil (BYOP).
