This is a recycled Geocaching container. If you're a veteran of wb2qbq's CFPR Center Hill, FL series then you've already found this container once. I believe this was #139. It's a long story how TeamSumter ended up with it but Bob told me just to put it to good use elsewhere so here it is. There are a few bison tubes in this cache, please feel free to take one if needed, no trade is necessary. For the FTF there is an unactivated GEICO TB.
I've included a parking coordinate below. TeamSumter sometimes parks there and puts the bike(s) over the gate - but there are many other ways to access this area. Coming from that way it's good limerock road all the way to this location, very bikeable.
This land is owned by the Southwest Florida Water Management District. (SWFWMD) This area is the West Tract of the Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve. It is also seasonally used (and managed by) the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) as the Green Swamp Wildlife Management Area - West Unit. Persons using this area can (and should) visit SWFWMD and FWC’s web sites to become familiar with the rules and regulations for recreational use as well as hunt dates in the area.
I averaged 300+ positions to get the coordinates for this cache; but as always trees, satellite alignment, the phase of the moon, etc. can cause issues. If you have difficulties use the hint provided.
