We all are human (well most) and we can all do this sometimes. Whether its work, jobs at home or caches, we all sometimes say in defense 'I'll do it one day!' This series are all harder terrains than the usual cache but all in beautiful locations. So come out here and give them a try.
Before I start, I must say that this is probably the hardest of the series. This is quite serious. You need to be careful and take your time when retrieving the cache.
To get to gz is quite simple, Just park on Narara creek road near the trail head coords provided and make your way up the hill to the reference point called 'Powerline turn.' Then turn right and follow the ridge up.
This cache is at what I call the Wallaby apartment block. The top level is out in the open and has views of the Railway dam cache and other caches on surrounding ridges. But most importantly, a pretty good view. The second level is a high roofed cave, where the cache is located with some interesting rock bands. The lower level or the 'Lobby' is quite beautiful. I highly encourage that you visit all three levels. PLEASE DON'T TRY MAKING SHORTCUTS TO GET TO DIFFERENT LEVELS. There is always a longer but easier way around difficult obstacles. The leaf litter is quite treacherous too.
Now for the cache. The cache is only accessible on the second level. Once you have walked past the tree that looks like it is holding up the rock overhang keep walking, however take it slow from here. once you pass a small staircase of rocks on your left, get down on hand and knee and start crawling. You will then pass a small tree on your right. Continue on hand and knee and the 400ml sistema will be found on your left.
Please make sure that you cover up your tracks in the sand at gz, as it would be nice to leave the site in pristine condition for the next cacher or the residents at the Wallaby apartment. Remember to bring water and some food. good walking shoes are necessary.
