This cache is a part of the E4 CTC series. It is located directly beside the E4.
In this South Coast area of Crete are wonderful marked hiking pathes. Here is one on the E4 path connecting Finix with Loutro. While it is worth to walk we put a cache here.
How to reach the cache area:
Coming from Hora Sfakia take the road to Aradena. Some hundred meters before reaching the Aradena-Bridge there is a signpost "Finix". Follow this partly dirt road till Waypoint 1. We were driving the road with a 4WD but we have seen normal cars on the road, too.
At Waypoint 1 turn left to the Beach Finix (Signpost). We parked at Waypoint 2 near Finix Beach. From here you can start the walk going a little bit back on the road until Waypoint 3. Now you are on the E4-Path to Finix - Loutro and to the cache.
The Cache:
We think the cache is not difficult to get.
The cache is a small one (plastic container). Please bring your own pen for logging.
Enjoy the walk and the view to Finix and have fun while finding the cache.
You can combine this cache in one walk with "On Top Loutro".
