Geocache Description:

A small cache hidden along a beautiful river walk.

Bobs box is a small cache found along the beautiful river Frome as it meanders along its journey to Wareham. This is our first ever cache and we wandered the river again and again to find a suitable hiding space, one which wouldn't land the geocacher in the river by accident. There is plenty of parking in Stinsford church car park. On your way past the church why not pop into the graveyard to see Thomas Hardy's final resting place. Don't forget to look out for three bears in a thatch cottage roof or play Pooh sticks on the river. UPDATE - I went to check on Bobs box 2-8-15 and the ivy mound it was in has been destroyed. I tried to locate the cache but couldn't find it (I did have a baby strapped to my front at the time which meant too much rummaging wasn't easy!!) If you can find it then please could you let me know where so I can update this cache. Just remember it won't be in the ivy mound as previously stated ... sorry guys!
