No bushwhacking is required to access this cache, it's mere feet off the F.T. The easiest way to get here is from the McNeil gate, a parking coordinate for that is included below. There are of course many other ways to get to this area.

This land is owned by the Southwest Florida Water Management District. (SWFWMD) This area is the West Tract of the Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve. It is also seasonally used (and managed by) the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) as the Green Swamp Wildlife Management Area - West Unit. Persons using this area can (and should) visit SWFWMD and FWC’s web sites to become familiar with the rules and regulations for recreational use as well as hunt dates in the area.
