This cache is placed to celebrate the publication of the 2,000,000th cache! The original requirement for this cache was that you had to log finds for all 2,000,000 published caches but the moderators at Groundspeak vetoed that idea.
The caches that we prefer are the ones located on the many trails in the beautiful parks of Greater Victoria. In honor of the 2,000,000th cache we decided to count how many trails there are in Greater Victoria. It sounded like a daunting task but we took a week off work and got the job done. We counted every groomed trail, deer trail, uphill trail, straight trail, downhill trail, windy trail, and every nasty, rough, bushwhacking trail! Some of the parks we visited included:

- bEAver Lake
- Wittys Lagoon
- tHetis lAkE
- east sookE park
We ended up counting 466,049 trails! Whew! This total was was verified by the accounting firm of Ooze, Signal, and Scootch. While we were visiting all of these parks we placed a cache in one of them. The accounting firm also kindly estimated that your odds of wandering all of these trails and randomly finding this cache would be 1 in 5,369,015!
